SALES CONDITIONS

We design, manufacture and deliver our products upon request. The customized orders are not subjetc to any promotions.

WE OFFER THREE PAYMENT METHODS:

  • Credit card vía Paypal
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer.

Payments made by bank transfer will be confirmed once we have received the payment receipt that must include the first and last name of the customer making the order. In case the transfer is made under a different name then it must include the order number.

PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS WITH VAT

All products in the Delicoart web site include VAT.

SHIPPING POLICY

The order will be prepared in up to 5 business day. Shipments within the EU take from 5 to 10 business days.

We ship only to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and European Community.

RETURNS

WARRANTY

The warranty of the products manufactured by Delicoart only cover the manufacturing defects, and will not cover the damage generated for bad use when manipulating or installing the product.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In case you need to return a defective product you will have 7 days from the reception of the order to effectivly make the claim. You will need to send us an email at info@delicoart.com with several images that clearly show the defect. At that time our quality department will assess it. In case the claim is accepted, Delicoart will proceed to pickup the defective product and replace it as soon as posible.

NON DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

No returns or changes will be accepted, every product is sent with an order. Neither returns of any specialty products (custom-size made) will be accepted
